KP Govt approves Rs. 845 million for up-gradation of electrical system in tribal districts

Peshawar: The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) government has approved plans to improve power feeders, transformers and voltage for different markets at a cost of Rs 845 million in the tribals districts.

The federal and provincial governments are committed to provide basic amenities of life to the people at their doorsteps in the tribals districts and to alleviate their decades-long deprivation.

The administration is not only serious about this, but it is also taking action.

The provincial government is formulating developmental plans for all the areas of the tribals districts keeping in view the proportion of population and the needs of the people so that more people can benefit from these developmental projects.
